Hi there,

In your Joomla backend go to “Components” -> sub-menu “Contact” -> click on located on the top right corner knob “Options” -> tab “Contact” -> parameter “Misc. Information” -> option “Hide”:

We want the information to show, just not the duplicate words “miscellaneous information”.

I have a feeling that the additional label named “Miscellaneous Information” must have been somehow added manually by your team. Our JA Sugite Quick Start pack comes out of the box only with one:

Did you or your team create an override for com_contact “Contact Us” component? This is what your system seems to suggest:

If you did and would like to stick with your own code, you may want to consult the override creator over how the extra “Miscellaneous Information” label has been introduced into your com_contact code.

Another alternative approach, which we always highly recommend to our customers, would be simply return your JA Sugite template to its original our-of-the-box state, taking settings of our sample “Contact Us” page and its corresponding menu item as a base for your university “Contact Us” page:
