I think I configurated the email of the domain in joomla but when I send a email and check copy, the system send the email only to the copy email but not to ths system, and if i don´t check copy, the system doesn´t receive anything.

Could you please help me?

I tried to modify the user associated with email email@example.com, and the system show a message:
NAme field required, and there are no field with this label…

I access to the BD through Phpmyadmin and modify the record in hmzkj_contact_details, but it´s not the way
