Can we have a beautiful contact page like the one in JA Community Plus?

I have recently worked with the template JA Community Plus and the contact page is beautiful.
It has icons and rounded corners in the form and the contact information is aligned right of the form.

How can I make this in JA Droid?

My previous solution is not suitable for your case. Another solution: you edit breadcrumb module (position is breadcrumb), in Menu Assignment, set Menus is Select Menu Item(s) from the List and uncheck Contact us of Menu Selection

The contact form in JA Community template is a combination of custom modules combined with the default contact item. The Contact Information appears to the right of the contact form.

Can I re-create this same thing in the contact form in JA Droid template?

What version of JA Droid are you usig? The Joomla 1.5 or the Joomla 1.6 version?

The contact form as you have guessed is a combination of things in this template but the key thing is an override.

Now I have not yet tested this but will when I get home.

Download the Community+ template for the same version of Joomla you are using and locate the folder templates>ja_community_plus>heml>com_contact

Copy this entire folder and its contents to templates>ja_rave>html

Now go to the Community Plus guide and setup your contact page exactly as outlined. I think we will also need to copy some css over but we will look at that if the stage above works.

It is going to be hard for me to be precise simply because I do not know what modifications you have made to your live site. As with all these things andy changes can have an effect. It might be worth you putting a copy of your live site in a sub-domain so not just with this modification but with all future work you may wish to do you have a live test area for experimentation.

If you cannot do that I will try and see the outcome on the standard Droid install but I cannot guarentee that it will be 100% on your live site, there still may be changes that will need making.

I may just install another extension like these…..It may be easier than trying to mash-up from the community template to the droid..
