I am trying to figure out how I could change the order of the info displayed on the left side of the contact page of the demo.

I am trying to get the embedded YouTube video underneath the mobile number.

Hello contact page order is coming from core joomla . you need to edit core joomla files .We do not support for core joomla changes .
Here is thread with same issue like you . Try the suggestion given in this thread
