Hi there i was wondering if anyone knew how to create a tab which would reveal a drop down contact field..

On my website http://reporter.elanguest.com/
at the top of the page above the ja news frontpage module i would like to have a button saying
post your suggestions which would reveal a drop down suggestion posting area does anyone have an idea how to do this?
