I am using Joomla and joomla templates with the Contact Us function turned on
so that we can recieve emails from the website via webforms

works great

Lately – we have been getting spammed porn emails thru this contact us list

is there any way to slow or stop this

ie block ip addressses or domain extensions (ie .ru )

Help !

*We also have C-Panel which does allow IP Block – but there are so many IP addresses
I dont think that is going to help

Only thing that can help you is to disable it. Nothing else, or to use some external filters, like Cpanel.

so then there is no feature available within Contact Us that might ‘block’

bad domains or IP addresses

How about anywhere else within the Joomla Templates

Is there some ADD IN that might work ?
