Hi there,
I can access your screenshot site. Would you mind re-attach it.
And have you tried to clean all cache, re-compile less, restore custom files ( if had )

Thank you,
Viet Vu

I think this problem might be related to the problem that the the JA Type formatting such as coloured backgrounds and icons are no longer displayed.

See; http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-typo-message-box-is-no-longer-yellow/

Hi there,

# As far i remember this template JA University is very old template. First release at 2012.
At this time, we don’t have Twitter Bootstrap yet. And this template still use JA T3 v1.
That’s why everything still applied with our own css code.
# Now we have JA T3 v2 released with Twitter Bootstrap ( and of course responsive supported ). But it’s mean some old html / css are changed. ( Change to improve ).
So, that’s why your footer be broken.
To resolve this issue. I would suggest you install another quickstart ( in another location or localhost ) and use it as reference. By this way, you can know which HTML need to update.
For sample in this below screenshot you can see your site still use image background for icon instead FA icons.

In another case, if you don’t need new feature in JA T3v2 and / or you still can’t manage these change. I would suggest restore your old site. I hope you still have backup for updating ?

Thank you,
Viet Vu

I just checked the custom html codes of your ‘JA University’ demo site and compared it to my site. They appear to be the same, however the icons are not displayed on my site.

Here are my custom codes:

1. ‘Contact us’ module (in position-5)
<ul class=”contact-list”>
<li class=”email”>
<strong>Donations:</strong> donation@therebel.org</li>
<li class=”email”>
<strong>Editor:</strong> editor@therebel.org</li>
<li class=”email”>
<strong>Support:</strong> support@therebel.org</li>
</ul>
2. ‘Connect with us’ module (in position-6)
<div>
We’re on Social Networks. Follow us & get in touch.</div>
<ul class=”social-list”>
<li class=”twitter”>
<a href=”https://twitter.com/therebelsite” target=”_blank” title=”Twitter”>Twitter</a></li>
<li class=”facebook”>
<a href=”https://www.facebook.com/therebelwebsite” target=”_blank” title=”Facebook”>Facebook</a></li>
<li class=”feed”>
<a href=”http://therebel.org/en/component/obrss/rebel-news-and-opinion” target=”_blank” title=”Feed”>Feed</a></li>
<li class=”google-plus”>
<a href=”https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/117926780978248683798/+TheRebelOrg/posts” target=”_blank” title=”Google plus”>Google plus</a></li>
<li class=”vimeo”>
<a href=”https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBWAuhA8lqFdeyjsWnoYoIg” target=”_blank” title=”Youtube”>Youtube</a></li>
</ul>
</div>
Am I doing anything wrong? Or why aren’t the modules displayed the same way as on your demo site?

My live site: http://therebel.org/en/forum
Your demo site: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_university

I’ve installed the Joomla 2.5 version of the JA University T3 in the http://therebel.org/demo folder and the ‘contact us’ and the ‘connect with us’ modules are displayed correctly. What I need to know now is which files to copy from the demo site into the production site without losing the customisations I have already made.
