Hi, I noticed in the JABarite template demo that there was a very clean and smart ‘Contact Us’ form off the main menu, under the ‘Contact Us’ heading. I thought that this component would be included in the template files or as extra component or extension, but I’m unable to find it. Can you assist me please ??

The Contact Us comes with the defaul J installation, we did not include any extra component or extension for the Contact form.

I can not access your site to see your contact page.
My apologies for having the site down, it’s not quite up to speed yet. I don’t understand the J default. I have also tried to edit the ‘Key Concepts Menu’ but it appears uneditable?

Please view the tutorials at http://www.joomla.org or seek advice from there in regards to setting up a contact form.
Basically, all you need to do is create a new contact through components>contacts then link it onto the menu.

Could you please explain the default J installation ? I’m obviously missing some thing simple, but I am unable to find the J installation. I still need to find the ‘Contact Us’ module/extension to kick it off.

you log in admin, choose Menu Components->Contact to view Contact component
When you install Joomla, Contact component and module are default extensions, you choose Extensions-> Module manager menu to view all module, and with default J installation, you will see Contact module
