Thanks for a great template. Fell in love with it the from the start. The installation went without a hitch and customizing it is really easy so far.
Right now I’m trying to replicate the site from the live demo and have been wondering about the Contact Us Module in position user5. What is it called exactly and where can I get it from?

Create a new module then copy the code below to “Custom Output” text area.

Before entering the code, please note that you should change your “WYSIWYG Editor” to “No WYSIWYG Editor”.

so he wants you to create new module and select the type = Custom Html and copy n paste his html above.. or you can use an extension Chronoforms.. but for a simple contact info just use this process
