Hi there, I set up the contact information on my website and the emails keep bouncing back. I am using the contact component.

Hi Pavit,

I keep getting bounced emails from the email server. I haven’t it to work from the website. It works fine if I am using email software, but it doesn’t work from the website.

Hi there

You should ask your hosting provider the best way to set emails on your website , this is a core joomla settings and has nothing to do with the template itself

Hi there,

I receive emails to the correct email address when I send it using a different email client like Yahoo or Gmail. The only time I do not receive it is when I use the website to send it in the contact us page.

Any ideas?

Hi

Email configuration has nothing to do with template settings as i already told you in the above posts , this is a pretty server configuration, you should open a support ticket to your hosting provider asking them best way to set your email protocol on your website , sendmail, phpmail or smtp
