1. Can i make also checkboxes, radiobuttons and more in the forms. So it my client gets more information. Can put more items in, the has a red *, so people must fill it in. Also i lost the icons in the form (think of phone, address) also i lost the icons in the form and topbar and footer. How can i put them back, i lost them when i changed some text.
