Menu > Contactform > show ‘direct’/plain

did you update Joomla recently on any other change?
I checked your site contact page it seems the issue in your Joomla contact
As the issue remain same with default Joomla template http://prntscr.com/gnsv2a

I suggest you to post the issue on Joomla forum for this, Let me know if there is anything need to change the template for this.
