You just modify default layout (extensions–>templates–>ja_anion – Default–>layout–>edit default).
– Delete this code

<block name="right1" width="30">right</block>
– Save layout–>save template–>clear cache (JAT3 Clean Cache)
–> If you use my solution, all of modules that have right position is invisible

I did not need to remove it completly.I had dig inside of modules and Menu Assignment.and been fixed.
