    Our dev has switched back joomla default template style on your site and they tried install other templates on your site but the problem still the same on the home page on your site.

    Our dev has helped you to add the home layout into Home page on your site but it didn’t like default Joomla core.

    It’s very strange with the problem on your site and it did not regard the problem from our product.

    I think you should use my solution here or you should raise the problem to joomla core, maybe you will get the best answer from there.

    🙁 It’s very strange with the problem on your site and I could not duplicate the problem at my end.

    I see your site is blank and under construction to build a new site, you can try to download quickstart JA Hotell template and re-install it again.

    Or I can help to re-install it again, let me know.

    I already reinstalled the template. Always the same. You can re-install it too if you want.
    I just don’t understand why you can’t debug it? Its all open source. You should be able to find the issue.

    As you can see it is no hosting or joomla issue. So please tell me what’s wrong with the template under http://partner.kanaren-24.com ?

    I have been trying to help you to debug the problem on http://partner.kanaren-24.com on your site. It’s very hard to know how to get the problem on your site as it didn’t get the template style on the home page.

    You can use new my installation here: http://partner.kanaren-24.com/hotel/

    As soon as you install another Joomla Language (in our case german) the template sytle assignement breaks.
    We installes german on your new installation http://partner.kanaren-24.com/hotel/ and its broken like on the first site.

    What now?

    Is someone on this?

    OK, we have found the problem.

    We have a Plugin which uses jQuery (like all of Joomla).
    As soon as you type this:

    JHtml::_('jquery.framework');

    your template stops working.

    Go to "./libraries/b01/library.php" and remove the JHtml. And you will see your template works.

    Now how is that? JHtml is standard Joomla, your template should be fine with it?

    Please hurry!!

    Hello stellarid
    Our templates and T3 framework are already supported jQuery lib.
    The problem on your site Might be due to the conflict with jQuery lib but you can run both jQuery libs on your site by following the guide here and make sure it needs to add jQuery.noConflict(); below each jQuery lib.

    Hope it helps

    No. Like always it’s not helping.
    That’s not the problem. You should just try what i’m saying.

    There is no Conflict because
    JHtml::_(‘jquery.framework’);
    loads the Joomla jQuery library and nothing else. If its already loaded it’s not getting loaded again.

    Please don’t do standard answers but try to check what’s this all about. If you don’t know it then let a developer check it and don’t give me standard bullshit. This is really the worst support i ever had.

    I narrowed the problem down here:

    It’s not a solution its a bug in your framework and we did your job by finding it.
