Hi,
After I installed the Teline III quickstart , I clicked to the content title in the front page and found the following error in the content pages:

Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/hkbuddhist/domains/hkbuddhist.com/public_html/new/libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php on line 209

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

The error comes from Joomla core files.
What version of PHP do you use? It could be becuase Joomla recommends PHP 5, but min. requirements is 4.3.10.

Hello,
Maybe your server uses older php-version.

Oh, is the version problem…..
I will upgrade to php5 and see it will fix or not.
