Hi unfortunately I have a problem with my slider in that there is definitely content within the category it is linked to and yet it provides the follwoing error “JA Content Slide Error: There is not any content in this category” has anyone encounter this or know how to fix this?

You need to change cateogry in the module parameters i think.

are you using 1.5?? I found that the SQL in the content slider was searching for “MOSIMAGE” rather than “<IMG” tag. Since I was a new 1.5 install, non of my content ever had any MOSIMAGE tags in them.

I had to fix a number of other issues to, but that was one of them.

I have the same error :
There is not any content in this category
I have tried everything even deleting the category and recreating it.I dont understand it was working fine with 1.5.1

thnx for your help hainn84 but i solved it myself.What i did was this.i installed joomla 1.5 ,i installed the template and module,and later that day i upgraded to 1.5.3.
I guess there is a problem with the quickstart that joomlart is offering.
