Hi yesterday I upgraded the content slider to the latest version and it appeared to be working fine. Now I can not see the images.

http://www.rahhairstudio.com look for the empty content slider at the bottom of the page in user1.

    What is wrong?

In IE8 it is getting the following error:

    Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Creative AutoUpdate v1.40.01)

    Char: 9
    Code: 0
    URI: http://www.rahhairstudio.com/modules/mod_ja_contentslide/assets/js/ja_contentslide.js

I turned off the cache in the advance options and the images are in the resize directory. It is also empty if I put it in the ja-topsl position.

    Thanks for your help

A js error, I think you should try to check and update your mootools library.

    Dear gonger!

I have checked the template’s version , the site is using the version 1.0, it’s old version, pls try to download the ja contentslider module in the lastest version and try to upgrade for yours, you ‘ll upgrade all files in the following folders:
    1) modules/mod_ja_contentslide/
    2) templates/ja_lead/html/mod_ja_contentslide
    http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=131

May be the problem is fixed.

If the problem is not fixed, pls kindly submit a ticket and give us full accounts information, we ‘ll check and resolve it

    Good luck
    Thanks

Thanks tienhc. That work, installing the new version of the template.

One more question, how do I get the content slider controls down from the top right corner of the page to the user1 area?

    Dear gonger!

You configure this module as following:

    1) The Direction parameter: Down
    2) The Mode parameter: Vertical

    Good luck
