There is an error in the xml file and the border images won’t be installed. You can copy them manually into your mod_ja_contentslide folder. Unzip your module and there you will find the images border-tl.gif, border-tr.gif, border-br.gif and border-bl.gif. Once they are in the folder you will have the border too.
