I am using split menu with Ja Sulfer. The second level of the split menu appears in the “left” column position labeled as “On This Page” but only for the menu positions 1-3 of the default main menu. I would like this second menu level to appear for all 7 of my top level menu headings.

How can I control:
1/ which top level heading the second level menu appears and
2/ the title of the 2nd level when it appears?
