In the JA Nickel demo in the left position you have a menu which shows a picture and some text – how do I set that up?

Looks like a Custom HTML module.

Go to Module Manager -> New (top right) -> Custom HTML and set it up in there.

Thanks for your rely – I assumed that as it is part of the demo it would come with the template, was i wrong or is Joomlart miss-selling the template?

No, it’s a custom HTML module. Its part of Joomla not JA. Lots of templates use this.

It comes part of the quick start.

Hi, I’ve just gone back and printed out the JA Nickel user guide and it says in section 3.2.4 that the articles were created with custom modle and there is a link for hwo to create a custom module. So If I had read the guide fully in the first place I would have know about this – doh!
