I have done everthing in the instructions to remove the copyright notice from the footer of JAteline IV

I copied the default.php from the specified folder to the html/mod_footer folder as specified.

the mod_footer folder did not exist in the specified place so I had to create it.

I edited the default.php file as specified.

The copywrite notice remains in place.

are the instructions wrong.
