Not sure I understand. Both JA News and JA News FP pull the very first image in the article and this is the one displayed on front page.
Please give more details and I will try to assist.

February 11, 2009 at 12:18 pm #290655Thats what I wanted to know, but mine doesn’t for some reason, as the article includes a linl at the bottom to a pdf article and has a pdf icon, its showing that instead. Also the pdf.png is a black square and there is not text showing?? Screenshot below
