Which Joomla version your site is running with JA Bookshop and VirtueMart? VirtueMart does not support J3.2.

You can give it a try to use VirtueMart with JA Bookshop J2.5. For configuration, please have a look at user guide for reference here

i am using JA Bookshop J2.5 and installed the latest version of virtueMart
