October 22, 2012 at 4:32 am #181599Hey folks !
When I look here: http://joomla25-templates.joomlart.com/ja_edenite/?tp=1
I can see that several module positions were added to this template on version to Joomla 2.5, specially user11 to 20.
But, on my installation, I couldn’t find them. There is only 1 to 7.
What should be going on? I checked my installation and I have installed the last version to Joomla 2.5
This template has improved a lot since 1.5 I would love to use it at its full potential.
Tks,

October 22, 2012 at 7:45 am #470713Hi
Please post a link to your site
Also you need to install the quickstart version of the template to have all positions available like demo site

October 22, 2012 at 12:01 pm #470759The test site can be found here: http://www.ddsonline.com.br/jupgrade/
Please see that there are a couple of images that were on positions 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7. These positions has changed from version 1.5 to 2.5 of the template, so now they are on the top, instead of the bottom as you can see here: http://www.ddsonline.com.br/
Also, I do not understand how installing the quick start will solve the issue. I have installed only the templates on a already operational site using Edenite. I expect that the positions would be there.
Tks.

Did you tried to manually add the new positions through template manager LAYOUT edit ?
If you still having problems try to send me a Private Message with the admin credentials of your site i will try to check your configuration and maybe give some help to you

January 17, 2013 at 3:19 pm #480208Hi
I made some changes to your page
1) Your Home menu item needs to use your default template that is IBBA and not beez3 as was before
2) i made a new Custom Html module ( Joomlart test ) and published in user11 position i don’t know how is your templatedetails.xml file but i added manually the position name in your module and now if you check your page it is showed in user11 position correctly
