Hello, i have a problem with the PHPmailer. Already tried some things, updated to J!2.5.7, using the phpmailer.php version 5.2 instead the current 5.2.1 and always get the message: “Could not instantiate mail function” through all form processing actions.
Also tried a fresh installation on the same server. Nothing.
Also i tried it with SMTP, but i got the error-message:
SMTP Error! The following recipients failed: xxx@xxx.net
SMTP server error: No Such User Here

My system is:
J!2.5.7 (now)
Php: 5.3.17 on Linux Apache
Joomla Platform: 11.4.0 Stable

Try with SMTP and gmail account, i think phpmailer configuration is incorrect.
