    The coupon XMAS17 is applicable for new membership purchase only. I see that you tried to use it for membership renewal, that’s why it didn’t work.

    I miss (or didn’t find ? ) the link for premium support. I don’t have the option to select premium support at the forum

    The "Premium support" option is an option that only Developer members can select when they submit new topics via this forum. You can see this in this screenshot of mine for example : http://bit.ly/2CrlJs8 . Please try going into any template sub-forum and open a new topic, then you should see this premium option available.

    Regarding the coupon issue, I have asked our sales department to follow you up via emails. Kindly check your inbox for further info.
