It expired on the first of March 2014.

Hi David,

As your membership expired since 01 Mar 2014, our option to renew with 30% discount is no longer available. The discount for renewal package is valid before your membership expiry date only. We usually send out notification emails a few days before the expiry date to notify members about this rule.

I have just pm you. Please check for further clarification.

That’s unfortunate, so does this mean that this gets treated as a new sign up? Are there also coupons for that?

By default, the renewal discount offer is valid before membership expiry date only. If you wish to renew then, you should contact us to see if there is any exceptional offer.

Normally, our system keeps you notified automatically before the closing date of your membership, thus you can rest assure not to miss the discount offer.
