Hi,
I have just loaded the Teline IV quickstart package on my localhost. From the frontpage I used cpanel to see the layout in iphone mode. Now the cpanel does not appear, how do I get back to normal view ?
Probably a blindingly simple answer

Did you disable it via the template configuration? Please follow the wiki to know how to enable / disable the user tools panel
