First of all, I wanted to say thank you for the great template! I’m really excited about using JA Teline III and the quickstart was such an easy setup, so thank you Joomlart!

For articles, I’m wondering if there is a way to have the author name link to a page about the author. Secondly, I was wondering how I could possibly reformat that line to begin with. I’m interested in changing how the date is displayed, making it bigger, maybe even putting a picture of the author.

Does anyone have experience/guidance on the above questions?

#1) As default Joomla, the site have not this function, i think that you try to find a extension having this feature : i found one: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/news-production/authors/2790

#2) pls open the file: /templates/ja_teline_iii/css/template.css and find codes:
.createdate {}

you can make a image or change font-size as following( its only a dome 😀 )

.createdate {
background:url( URL HERE ) no-repeat scroll left center transparent;
font-size:15px;

padding-left:52px;
}

none of available author linker plugins doesnt work with jateline3 template

– ja extensions are working, but bots by itselfs not – maybe for article head formatting ?
