    Hi

    Could you please send me via Private Message a temp super user account to your backend administrator page ?

    the link you posted here seems not the ja_hawkstore template , this would help us to better understand what is happening on your website

    If you set the errors to maximum from the global configuration, you see the error that describes why this happens. So far nobody from Joomlart has replied about this. I have also opened a thread about this here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/fatal-error-class-jelement-not-found-vm-products-after-installing-j3-quick-startr/ and there is an older thread about this here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/cant-open-the-vmproducts-modul-e/
    So far no news. I am sure it happens to all who use this module. The only way that I managed to partly work around this is (since you cannot create a new one or edit an old one.), copy an old module from the template and change the configuration in the database via phpMyAdmin. If you don’t know how to do this, let me know and I’m going to post some pictures, that explain it.
    In the mean time, can anyone from the Joomlart support team shed some light here, PLEASE?

    @7of9

    This Thread has already opened a support ticket for Jomlart Devs – Ticket ID (PRK-449-61845) so as you can see problem is actually in solution phase and will be solved as soon Joomlart will be again at 100% of dedicated staff, actually it is reduced due to the annual festivity

    Hi @mdpeiretti ,

    Do you have access to phpMyAdmin? Do you know how to use this tool? Because if you don’t, I’m afraid you cannot apply this work around. You see, you need to manually modify the records that hold the information of the modules at the modules table of Joomla Database and basically change the values of the category IDs to the ones you want to be displayed.
    If you have access to phpMyAdmin and you think you can do it but need more help, I’m here to help you out. I could even do it for you if you give me access.
