I am trying to create a custom footer and need some help, I made sure the joomlart.com copyright info is in my custom footer module.
I have disabled the original ‘ footer module ‘ and created a cutsom module in the footer position.
Have created articles and menu items for them in(top menu), yet when I go into the custom footer module and hilight the word ‘ shipping terms ‘ and create a link to the ‘ shipping terms ‘ article for it, the link works sure, but also at the very top of the custom footer module it inserts a tiny link to ‘ shipping terms ‘ also. It looks just like the links in the original ‘ footer module ‘. How can I make it so it does not create those links? it does this for every link i insert.

in my module manager i can only see 1 footer module, ‘ Footer ‘ – its disabled

I do not see anything called ‘ Footnav ‘ where is it supposed to be or how do i disable it?

I found it, its a module called ‘ top menu ‘ that needs to be disabled in position footnav.
