Hi,

I like to know how to make a contact form with text input, radio boxes, list selection, like a form for the users to fill in so that the details come to email for me to asses the information they submitted.

I am not quite how to do it. I wish you guys help me in this.

Hello. I recommend you use ArtForms. I use Artforms and the only problem I had was that bots were spamming me. Even then I just turned on captcha and now everything is cool. ArtForms are great for begginers because you don’t need to know html or php. Just create a new item and menu for the form and there you have it.

Well thanks for your reply.

I have done it by using Custom HTML module, I created an encrypted html flash script and placed it in the Custom HTML module and made it work.
Initially I was not aware of that module option and I was a bit struck to ask for help in forum. And anyhow thanks for your reply ans support.

you can try Joomla Forms by Phil Taylor (15$) or Chrono forms but are really useful. (?$$)
