    Hello,
    http://mvs005-002.directrouter.com/~griertwo/ is the site.

I had used swMenuPro and BeautifulCK to style the four menus in four modules on my home page and four menus in four modules on my Registered user page. However, I would like to keep with the exact same style used in the top green Main Menu which uses the megamenu feature.

I would like to know how to make the following menus into an exact style of the Main Menu, position them into the correct module positions, and keep an image behind them as the existing 8 menus on my site show.

I have taken out the swMenuPro Academics menu and put in a place holder showing it needs to be a megamenu.

    Public:
    About Grier – User9
    Admissions – User10
    Academics – User11
    Signature Programs – User12

    Seen by Registered Only:
    Alumnae – User5
    Student Life – User6
    Parent Information – User 7
    Photo Gallery – User 8

    Thank you very much.

    Hi drc3,

Do you mean that you want these menus have the same color in main menu? This menu belongs to 3rd party and they seem not to use separate css file to define style. Did you try to contact them for help?

I want to remove the third party and use the megamenu which comes in JaUniversity.

I want the 8 menus I have to use the megamenu which comes in JaUniversity and look like the top Main Menu but have an image behind it like what shows now on the page.
    Thanks.

I would hope you can help me make all my 8 menus from within the JaUniversity and not with any third party menu maker. Thanks very much. And have them look like the top Main Menu but with an image behind them like my menus do now. Thank you again for your support.

Thanks for the help here. I have solved my issues and will not need to create the eight JaUniversity default megamenus.

I can not find the correct information to create an additional menu (as megamenu) and place it in the top hearder. How did you solve it?
    thanks

I ended up using swmenupro in other module locations and just left the top megamenu as is. It was just to complex a thing for me to tackle. Be watchful of using the other modules for menus. Depeneding on the number of menu items and child menu position some times they will not cover over the other modules. It was all rather a mess. Sorry I cant offer much more help than that.

I saw on the forum that many are asking the same thing. It would have been nice and helpful that the team had given a clear and decisive response to at least one user.
It would be even better is a simple tutorial on how to create a second megamenu and position it where you want.

    Hi guys,

Due to design of this template and based on T3 framework – there is only one main navigation / main menu so that we don’t provide additional style for menu in other position. If you want to add an additional menu in position of this template, you can create a new module with type of Menu (Joomla supports this type) and assign desired menu to this module, then you place module to appropriated position.

Or you can find a suitable menu systems in JED: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/structure-a-navigation/menu-systems

    Regards
