i want to customize the homepage against the rule for the other pages in terms of how and where my logo is placed on the homepage.
I would like to create a bigger logo below the top menu (so the top menu appears above the logo)
I will need to create a bigger gap between the top menu and the content slider to make room for my logo.
Could someone please show me where and in which file the code needs to be changed to create this JUST FOR THE HOMEPAGE.
For all other pages i would like the top menu and logo to appear in alignment with the logo much smaller, as it currently is.

December 1, 2011 at 10:25 am #427447Hi mangekyou
You can solve in this way
You can create a complete new theme in templatesja_methyscorethemes with your customized template.css in css
folder, and your customized images in the images folder of the new theme created
Then go to template manager Profile tab and make a new profile with theme assigned your new theme, save it and in
page assignment assign this new profile only at the Home page.

December 1, 2011 at 2:26 pm #427466Thanks i’ll give that a try.
Will my articles and modules that i’ve selected to appear on the front page disappear when i do this?
All i really want to alter is the space between the top menu and content slider on the homepage alone
December 1, 2011 at 2:47 pm #427472i have cloned the default profile.
Now i guess the next step is to locate where the file is for the homepage in the cloned profile and edit it.
Which file is this and how do i assign the customization for just the homepage because i don’t see the option here in the template manager.

December 1, 2011 at 3:37 pm #427487Well, in the customhomepage profile in the theme selection you must choose the customhomepage theme, save it and assign it ( through the page assignment ) at the home page
In the template.css of the customhomepage folder have you modified the height and width for your new logo ? and in images folder have you overwritten your new logo image ?
