1. I have no position mainnav module main menu and I don’t know what position to do.
2. the main menu should be-Menu Item Alias or more!?

You should find your template positions under extensions > template manager > styles

scroll down.

You need to setup the Menu module as shown in following image.

With the template you are using the Main menu position is “hornav”
