I don´t know what happen, but suddenly links from menu work but links from grid not. It is very important for me fix this because we need to launch the web as soon as possible.

There are three problems, and I think I didn´t change any configuration

1.- Links on grid of home-1 only work if Popup View is off in the template.

2.- Link of text articles only work on grid home-1 if you click on title.

3.- I can´t put more articles in home-1. For sure tha articles are featured and their category in included on menu item “Home”

If I put Popup View Off in the template works, but link only the title. I enable on article who works in demo and have the same behaviour

Hope my answers below would help:

By default, we use the Popup script to display the article content on popup view box when clicking on item grid area. You will need to disable it if you want to display the articles on new page, instead of popup view.

By default, we just define the link to article titles with “text” content type only.

On Image content type, the link is added to both titles and images.

You can check the Template Style to make sure the Home-1 position is added to Additional positions option.

1.- I would like to use pop-up on grid but it´s not possible, the only way is desactivated pop-up, but I want pop-up, this is the problem.

2.- I would like to have the same behaviour that article “Aenean justo et mus vel id” but I can´t. This example article have the posibility to link the title and the text, you can click in whatever part of the grid and I can´t.

3.- I have that option.

Please, can you have a look to my web and check it?, My web doesn.t works like the demo and I think is configuration problem and I use quick installation.

Question 1 & 2: I misunderstood your questions. Yes. I saw the popup view does not work on your Fixel site now. It will be more easier for me to help you correct this popup view when you can send me PM with the valid site’s FTP. The current FTP account is not accessible.

Question 3. I needed to tell you that the home-10 position is defined to display the modules on Fixel Category Layout only. The aritlces (featured) will be displayed according to their order in Article Manager (Featured Articles Order). I confirm again that home-1 position is available for modules only.

The problem was an iframe tag not closed in Facebook Module, thank you to everybody and specially to support team finding th problem.

Now I know clear what I want and I try to explain it in another post.

Hello,

I’m kind of having the same problem with my website. I have all the featured articles on my home1 module set up, but when I click it, nothing happens. It doesn’t matter if I click the image or the text, there’s nothing linking it to the actually article. There’s no pop-up or link that shows up. It was already suggested to me that I updated my template and turn on and off my extensions that might be causing the problem. I’ve done both and still nothing works.

Can someone please help me! I’ve been trying to figure out this problem for weeks and have submitted multiple tickets and no one has really seem to figure out what’s wrong. Thank you in advance!
