Greetings,

One of my extensions uses all background-images encoded in the CSS file in order to the number of hits.
The problem is that the CSS compressor replaces this:

.gender-M{background-image:url(data:image/gif;base64, ...[more code] ... )}

This this:

.gender-M{background-image:url('/components/com_namemeaning/assets/css/data:image/gif;base64, ...[more code] ... )}

Can you please fix this bug?
