    Hi,
Some users have told me that the site often does not load the css.
Once it happened to me, it was resolved by updating; but to others it is a permanent error
    How can fix?

    placed a screenshot for clarity

    Thanks

I just fix it in specific cases. So if you have the problem, could you give me username+password of backend and ftp? I will fix it.

It’s normal. It doesn’t load css because browser doesn’t load website completely. Maybe it causes unstable internet quality or your server. It’s not bug from joomlart

Ok , I had supposed. but first to change the server I wanted to be sure.
There are special configurations of the server through which the template works better? Like “gzip compression”
    Thank You

Which browser do you view your site through, primarily?

Also, try disabling the css optimization from the template manager then clear the jat3 cache and see if the problem improves.

The browser does not know, is success to me once and I was using firefox.
Disabling CSS compression I have already noticed an little improvement.
But the optimization of the css and js why leads to these kinds of problems? Should not diminish the work of the server?

    thanks

There are many reasons the server may not be working as it should and in these cases it really is hard to work out what is going on.

Another thing to try is moving the JAT3 plugin as late in the list as you can get it. This way it loads later so sometimes these kinds of problems improve.

When you say “changing servers,” do you mean you’re switching to a different webhost?

I do not know yet exactly.
I want to stay in the same host as the service is great, but if I find another host with superior features I think I would change hosts.
For now I’m moving from a shared hosting to a semi-dedicated with only 24 other customers.

Might I inquire as to who your current webhost is?

    web4web.it

Well, I am not familiar with that webhost – so I cannot comment one way or another as to the quality of their services.

However, I can recommend a few based on personal experience (as well as available features and decent Technical Support) . .
    BlueHost
    SiteGround
    HostGator

    😎
