I know this is probably a simple fix, but I can’t seem to figure it out.

When you click “Create New Ideas”, within the popup box there is the “How many votes?” area/selection and beneath that you have 1 – 2 – 3

On my site the 1, 2, 3 are being displayed vertically.

How can I fix this so it is displayed horizontally?

}
