As you can see in your screenshot, the dropdown is inheriting default style of jreview component.

You can edit its style a bit:

• Go to file: ROOT/templates/ja_default_template/css/custom.css
• Add this css rule:

  .jrFormChooser .jrSelect {
  height: 40px;
  }
