Are you able to see the site at all?

After much testing. The problem occurs on any page with animation on the Spotlight 3 items. When the page is first loaded it displays correctly, then when it is refreshed/reloaded the min-height changes introducing the large space under each block. This happens in Safari desktop and iOS.
