Hello:confused:
We’re putting the template on a test domain and then make the move to the main domain, we have noticed that when installing grab css path test domain, the question is when we transfer the route to pick up the css may vary, be very complicated, is on the bd. Or when you make the move there will be no problem.
He commented that the installation folder is created t3-assets and this points to the current route and the question is whether we can make the move smoothly. That takes the path to the configuration.php and change because there is no problem herehimangi Friendhimangi

July 16, 2011 at 7:13 am #401388Hi,
As I understood your question is if the css and other files paths will work when the domain name is changed.. Yes it should work since all the coding uses domain name variable and relative paths, and your domain is not hard coded anywhere.
My recommendation is take a full site backup using Akeeba backup and restore it on your new domain..July 16, 2011 at 8:00 am #401398thanks for your reply I will make a copy and make changes after the shall pass:-*

July 20, 2011 at 8:13 am #402032Hi,
Did you take Akeeba backup and restored the site to some other server? It should not really give you any issue. Please tell me how exactly have you moved the site?
Regarding the css coming from t3-assets folder. If you go to extensions>template manager>your template> Global tab >Css Optimisation param, you will see it must be set to Join and minify or similar option. That option leads to css compression and the compressed files are saved into the t3-assets folder. If you change this option to NO, and inspect site elements from frontend, you will see the actual css, like template.css etc.
Let me know if you need help with anything else.
July 20, 2011 at 8:31 am #402041tell me the problem that I can not fix it, as I opened another post urgent by the panel of staff tells me I can not see, I have worked with several templates that use the framework and have not had this problem but I can not see panel. if I could help resolve the 2 things we could

July 20, 2011 at 9:06 am #402048Hi,
Is you new site access is as you have mentioned in your ticket ZNB-979-51325? I tried that site url and I could see the JA Social template params and could change CSS optimisation option to NO from the current join & minify & compress option..
Please provide your latest site details at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/76648 and tell me what all issues you are having with it..

July 20, 2011 at 10:02 am #402055Hi
I have quoted th problems you stated in your posts and my replies to each of those..
<blockquote>It has not worked at all, we have copied the entire site to another domain and has not worked.</blockquote>
I see the site as shown in the screenshot1.png, so I am not sure what you meant when you said ‘we have copied the entire site to another domain and has not worked’.<blockquote>Do not know why picking up the css in the folder “t3-assets”, instead of taking template.css, which is standard if we change something we must change the website in the “t3-assets” and this in turn put it in the other domain and changes take</blockquote>
I didnt understand the bold formatted statement in the this issue. Regarding the t3-assets, as I have explained in previous post, if you go to extensions>template manager>your template> Global tab >Css Optimisation param, you will see it must be set to Join and minify or similar option. That option leads to css compression and the compressed files are saved into the t3-assets folder. If you change this option to NO, and inspect site elements from frontend, you will see the actual css, like template.css etc.
If you want use the optimization, when you make any changes in the css files, you just need to clear JAT3 cache using the link appearing at the same line as admin logout link at top right corner.
I have now set the css optimisation option to NO and to show you the difference, I have attached screenshots where you can see the css path from t3-assets folder and when turned the optimisation off you can see the regular css path from the template..<blockquote>I have to disable the cpanel and make other changes and I can not do anything because I can not access the panel,</blockquote>
Please see the screenshot2.png and tell me if you are talking about any different panel than this? Please tell me if I am checking right issues or not. If I am not checking the issues you are having please explain again, and i will check again.

July 20, 2011 at 4:21 pm #402130Hi
I checked the site again in Chrome 11.x, IE 8 and FF 3.6.x and observed that when I login in joomla backend using catalan / English language, I can see the template details. But when I login using any of the remaining languages, I see the screen you have been seeing.
I am not sure why and how that is happening. I will ask someone from the JA team and see if they can advise more on this..

July 20, 2011 at 6:05 pm #402144Are you saying that the template managers admin panel is not working? The template manager will not work correctly if language files do not exist fully for the back end. There are also some plugins such as rokbox that can sause this problem.
July 20, 2011 at 6:25 pm #402147what is the solution for this, because it controls this module, the strange thing is that the English and Catalan and Spanish if not
