No i didnt solve, i just quit the CTA module until it was resolved.

i cant use CTA, if i use the bug happen.

I see you also publish JA Masthead module in the same position with CTA module, you can use one only.

Solved.

The Module JA_mashead, put on each page the default image, as you wish to use CTA Module you need to unpublish this module on that concrete pages, with menu assigment.

This must be on the tutorial guide on the page, i think it is important to know that JA_mashead does this even though you dont put page assignement image on the module.
