    Hi mate,

    sorry about the slow response… I’m so busy this week!
    I’ve updated FTP details into my support ticket…(EDIT) – I’ve actually had to create a new ticket as it continued to empty the FTP & website details every time I tried to update it. Here is the ticket id: QCH-213-47259 (END EDIT)

    Just to check, when a profile is disabled, does that automatically revert links to the files to the joomla files as opposed to the S3/Cloudfront?

    If so, do you have to update the database every time you enable/disable a profile?
