Custom css configuration should be the other way around
After head places the code before the</head>
tag and "Before head" after the<head>
tag.
This is important because google analytics recommends to put its code just before the</head>
tag-

You mean that there should be only one option there?
The idea here is that we want to provide several options to place the custom script – it’s not just for GA code but also other custom code.
