I’m a little bit lost about custom.css in Simpli tempate

Can you have a look on this demo of Simply template

On chrome I have access to a custom.css file

But in administration, the custom.css file is completly different

All modifications i add in custom.css not reflect in live demo website !

I’m struggle to know where this custom.css on live come from ?
