June 6, 2012 at 2:09 pm #177870It seems like my site is not using the custom error reporting. Instead of the custom 404 errors I am getting the generic 404 error that is attached in the image.
I need to redirect the 404 errors, so I made the changes to the error.php file, it just does not seem like it is reading the error.php file.

Hello tdb6800,It isn’t a problem of JA Teline IV. You should configure it in cPanel of your hosting.
