I have to insert a custom html page.

This page use some custom css and javascript file (custom bootstrap.min.css, fontawesome.css, …).

For this page I want header and footer like all the others page (ja_onepage "metro" style).

So I create a clone of ja_onepage template and use this to load custom file in "before /header" session.

There are other way to do the job?

In this case , so i can understand what exactly you want to achieve kindly post your working site url and illustrate the matter in a screenshot .
