Try This:

If you haven’t yet done so, create a new file called “custom.css” within file path –> /templates/ja_charity/css/

Within that custom.css file, paste the following CSS rule:


.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a:hover, .navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a:focus {
border-bottom: 5px solid #000;
}

SAVE CHANGES – CLEAR CACHE – REFRESH PAGE

Mouseover any of the menu items . . . . Is that what you were looking to do?

It is perfect! but the border-botton should also be seen in the active menu item
