It is not something that I would get involved in but it might help others if you give a bit more info.
A link to your old site for a start. Is your old site Joomla based or html (as it makes a big difference on the amount of time it would take), how big is your site? What is your timescale and what is your rough budget.
All these things are helpful to others who may want to take a job on.
